i agree with gale, the only other thing i could suggest is to get as much badge gear as quick as possible.
before the patch our drops were miserable in pretty much every raid up to SWP. now you
can also roll on all the old healing gear, as it wont have much crit, it will definitely be an upgrade to a green or blue. also like i said, get all the badge gear you can, heroics should
be pretty easy by now, and of course kara is 22 badges (i think) for a full clear.

Twilight Vanquisher Xolan - b00mkinTo be honest, with as hard as they have nerfed the raids, you can probably just walk into a kara run, do your best on dps and pick up a bunch of upgrades. It'll be the fastest way for you to gear up until the x-pac.
EDIT: I should have looked at your armory first. Get rid of anything that doesn't have
spell power, int and stam on it and get the level 68-70 greens/blues off the AH. Most are decently cheap right now. Anything with spell crit is a bonus. That should put you up around 400ish spell power give or take. Then do the kara thing. Hell, you could get lucky and jumpt 300-400 spell damage in one run of kara.
